COMMUNITY OUTREACH
At Jefferson United Methodist Church, our outreach ministry reflects a deep commitment to serving others with compassion and care. Guided by the Spirit, we continually seek new opportunities to extend Christ’s love in practical and meaningful ways. Below are highlights of our 2024 outreach efforts:

Providing food and financial assistance to help ensure our neighbors have access to essential resources.

-
Heartful Hands
Supporting a local assisted living facility with meals, gifts, and personal care items throughout the year.

-
Homebound Visitation Ministry
Offering connection and communion to members who are unable to attend church in person.

-
Wreaths Across America
Honoring and remembering our nation’s heroes through an annual wreath-laying tribute.

-
Cribs for Kids
Promoting safe sleep practices for infants by supporting this vital community program.

-
Clean and Tidy Our Neighborhood
